How We Apply These Principles
We market and lease all available rooms in a manner that ensures equal access and opportunity to all prospective resident members.
Our application screening criteria are applied equally to every applicant and focus solely on objective factors.
Reasonable accommodation and modification requests are evaluated and implemented in accordance with the law to ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
Our Board members are required to attain training in Fair Housing compliance and ongoing education and policy review to remain current with evolving laws and standards. Our staff are required to attain training in Fair Housing. Our members also are provided with periodic training on Fair Housing compliance.
