Welcome to our 1st Annual Historic Home Stewardship Campaign (October 2026 – October 2027). As we lay the groundwork for a permanent cooperative future in Grand Rapids, this inaugural campaign focuses entirely on maintaining our historic home — to keep affordable housing strong in Grand Rapids.
